The Quality and Productivity Section announces the 2022 Mary G. and Joseph Natrella Scholarship, which supports student participation in the Quality and Productivity Research Conference (QPRC).
Winners will each receive a $3500 grant, a $500 stipend toward travel and housing expenses, complimentary registration for the conference, and complimentary registration for the pre-conference tutorial given in conjunction with the conference.
In addition, winners will give a presentation on their statistical work (applications or research) at the QPRC. The scholarship is funded by the Q&P Mary G. and Joseph Natrella Scholarship Fund and the Quality and Productivity Research Conference.
Applications for this scholarship are now closed and recipients of the award have been notified.
Through the generous support of the National Science Foundation, we have funding to assist students with travel and registration to QPRC 2022. Funds are available for short course registration, conference registration, travel subsidy, and lodging subsidy.
Funded students are expected to present a poster at the conference (in-person or remotely). The poster proposal will be submitted as part of the application (see link below). A separate submission for a contributed poster is not required.
Applications for this support are now closed and recipients have been notified.
Please indicate your interest for on-campus housing as part of the NSF student funding application form linked above.
