Local Information
The recommended airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Taxi service from the airport to Raleigh is about $30 one way. There are also rental car services and private shuttles available.
There will be shuttle buses from the conference hotels to the conference each day. Please download the PDF bus schedule or visit the bus schedule page. If you need transportation to and from conference hotels at other times, you can use the free Wolfline bus system. Visit the Wolfline website for more details, including maps and schedules.
If you are driving to the conference, please use this map and driving directions. All registrants will receive information via email on how to print an NCSU parking pass before the conference. If you are driving to the SAS event on Thursday evening, please stop by the registration desk and pick up a parking pass and map. You will not be allowed on the SAS campus without the parking pass.
On Friday, if you are flying out that afternoon, please bring your luggage with you to the conference. There will be a storage area. When the conference concludes, the buses will transport you directly to the hotels and RDU airport.
There are two conference hotels. The rooms blocks have expired, so the rates are not guaranteed, but you may still book your hotels using the information below.
