Rooms have been blocked at the Nathan Hale Inn and Conference Center and at the UConn Residence Hall Dorms between Sunday, June 11, 2017 (check-in), and Thursday, June 15, 2017 (check-out). These are on the UConn Storrs campus and are within easy walking distance from the short course and conference venues. Please book early to assure availability and get the group rates.

These group rates are available for the nights of Sunday June 11 through Wednesday June 14. Residence Hall Dorms (student accommodation)
We are holding 20 Premium Single Rooms (these rooms will hold a total of 20 guests) and 20 Premium Double Rooms (these rooms will hold a total of 40 guests). The earliest check-in date is June 11 and the latest check-out date is June 15.
Premium Single Room: $52.75/night per person (includes a linen packet for each guest).
Premium Double Room: $35.25/night per person (includes a linen packet for each guest).
Parking: $4.00 per day
Housing Card: $0.50
Free Internet Access is included with your room reservation.
The linen packet includes: a Flat Sheet, a Fitted Sheet, 2 – 24" x 46" Towels, 2 Face Cloths, a Pillow w/ Case, and a Cotton Blanket. All Premium Rooms also include: Paper Cups, Soap, Toilet Paper, Tissues, and a Garbage Can.

Cancellations on or before Monday, May 22, 2017 will receive a full refund. Cancellations on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 or later will be noted but no refunds will be given.
