Cancellation Policy: Refunds for all cancellations received on or before May 5, 2018 will be less a $40.00 cancellation fee per event cancelled. Cancellations received May 6, 2018 or later will not be refunded. There is no cancellation fee for cancelled Guests.
Add-Ons: The Conference Short Course is an associated event held Monday June 11, 2018 from 8am-4:30pm that can be paid for as a separate Short Course Only fee or can be added to a Conference Registration for a lower Add-on Fee. All other add-on functions require main registration. Guests accompanying Conference Participants can be registered for the Tuesday evening June 12th Banquet and the Wednesday afternoon June 13th Technical Tour and Reception for a combined fee of $50.
