An overhead viewgraph projector, LCD computer projector and screen will be available for presentations in all sessions.
For computer presentations, we recommend either that (1) you bring your own laptop and know how to activate its video port or (2) coordinate with your session organizer/chair for use of a fellow speaker's laptop and bring your presentation on a memory stick in PDF format or in Powerpoint (with the fonts embedded so that the presentation looks the same on any computer). Mac laptop owners, please bring your vga adapter for the computer projector.
If you have special needs for audio visual equipment, please email Christine Anderson-Cook at c-and-cook@lanl.gov as soon as possible.
