Roanoke is located in Southwest Virginia off Interstate 81. From I-81, take I-581 South via Exit 143 toward Airport/Roanoke. From I-581 South, take Exit 5, Hotel Roanoke is straight ahead.

The Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) is about 5 miles from Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. The available airlines are: United Airlines, USAirways, Delta, and Allegiant Air. Most rental car companies are located at the airport. Lynchburg, VA (LYH), Greensboro (GSO), and Charlotte (CLT) airports offer alternative flight options.
