Joint Research Conference

Basically, stop at a gatehouse and purchase a permit.  Ask for a parking lot close to the HUB.

There are two transportation options from the Seattle airport to the conference hotels.

Prefers 24 hour notice, but can make same day reservations.
Two checked and two carry-on bags allowed.
Extra charges may apply for additional or oversize luggage.

Approximately 30 minutes from hotel to airport.

Hotels:

There are two conference hotels that are within a block of each other and within walking distance from Husky Union Building (HUB) where the conference sessions will be held.

The room rate for the joint research conference is $137.00 per night  plus tax (15.6%).  This rate includes continental breakfast, wireless internet service, and overnight parking. The block of rooms will be held until May 20, 2014.  
 For those planning to attend the short course, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Watertown Hotel for June 22, 2014.
