JRC 2010 - Registration

Registration Information

Due to continued changes to the U.S. government's security policies since 9/11, the NIST campus unfortunately is no longer open to the general public. As a result, all JRC participants must register in advance to attend the conference and no on-site registration will be possible. To allow time for NIST's Security Office to process the necessary registration information prior to the start of the conference, registration will close on May 19, 2010

All conference participants who are not U.S. citizens must also fill out the NIST-1260 form for entry to the NIST campus. If you register for the conference online, please fill out the NIST-1260 form and email it to Cheryl Behrens (cheryl@amstat.org) when you register. If you register by mail or fax, please print out the form and include it when sending in your conference registration. Cheryl will forward the forms on to NIST after ensuring each person's conference registration has been processed.

All conference attendees will need to show a government-issued picture ID to enter the NIST campus. Attendees who are not citizens of the U.S. must use either a passport or Green Card for identification. We apologize for any inconvenience these security limitations may cause.

The different registration types are described in the table below. Please determine which type of registration you would like before using our online registration system, or refer back to this page when making your selection. You may also register by mail or fax if you prefer.

Conference registration includes the cost of the conference banquet on Tuesday evening and a reception on Wednesday evening, lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, continental breakfast Tuesday through Thursday, and coffee breaks. Transportation between the hotel and NIST each day is also included, although you may also drive your own car if you prefer.

Short course registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and and coffee breaks. Transportation between the hotel and NIST will be provided, or you may drive your own car.
